Dear
Fellow Executive:
Are
you being pulled in too many directions? Are you having a hard
time balancing personal and professional commitments? Are you
losing enthusiasm for your career? Have you bought all the "toys" and
still can't find happiness? Do you feel like something is missing in your life?
As
a former C-level executive, I understand what happens when you
come to the realization that you worked most of your life for something
that you may not even want. I know what it's like to live for
the weekends and dread Mondays. Can you imagine doing what you are doing right now for the next
10 or 20 years?
As
Alan Downs says in his book, Secrets Of An Executive Coach, "the
crisis passion is one of the most painful experiences of an executive's
lifetime. If the crisis remains unresolved, it can destroy careers,
marriages, and virtually everything the executive has worked for
throughout his life". Losing passion for your work creates this "crisis".
Whether it's bringing passion back to your current work or moving in a new direction, my
job, as a coach, is to first help you design an inspiring
life again!
Happy
Designing!
Vicki
